Refund/Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our business return options are addressed on by on a case by case basis.

Returnable Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging for a full refund(Minus shipping and fees). Restocking fee will be applied to order on a case by case basis but will not exceed 30%. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product(s) returned. Customers are required to pay for shipping any product.

All items that are not returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging will denied. 

Please be advised that custom orders are non refundable.
